Goal
Empowering the groups of women, youth and minorities for promoting the provision of the protection of their rights and their equal participation in the political and economic life of the country.
The project aims at working to empower women in the following three directions:
- For economic empowerment, the project aims at promoting to minimize the number of unpaid work of women and increase their leading roles in the business sector;
- For political empowerment, the project aims at promoting to increase the participation of women in decision-making roles in the public sector;
- As to social empowerment, against the background of the main patriarchal stereotypes, it will be stimulated by the equal participation of women, representatives of ethnic minorities and persons with disabilities in the society.
Geographic area: Kakheti, Guria, Racha and Imereti regions.
